Invitation to the (16) Sixteenth Year Aniversary Grand Celebration of

Pan Kachin Development Society (PKDS)

Dear Sir or Madam

With the greatest of respect, all Kachins living in our homeland and those living abroad are all cordially invited to attend the (16) Sixteenth year Aniversary Grand Celebration of the Pan Kachin Development Society. You, the above mentioned are cordially invited to attend this Grand Celebration as a member of our Pan Kachin Peoples.

Agenda:

 2nd, Feb 2011:  Review and discuss the accomplishments of the past 16 years until present.

3rd, Feb 2011:  Review and Select New Board Members and Leaders of Pan Kachin Foundation.

4th, Feb 2011:  Discuss and approve Future Plans

 Note:

            (1)        There will be a nightly stage show celebration.

            (2)        There will be a nightly Jinghpaw Music Contest.  All contestants are welcome but all songs 

                           must be in Jinghpaw. 

            (3)        To and from transportation costs to be covered by self.

            (4)        Guests room and board will be covered by Pan Kachin.
